As Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Krishal Dalal brings over 15 years of goal-oriented management experience from the information technology industry into his current role. His calling card has always been his ability to assess situations and implement solutions, a quiet strength that was first noticed in grade school, and led to leadership positions throughout his life. It’s a style he uses today to ensure that FutureNet Group (FNG) stays on course through a climate of constant change and exponential growth.

Dalal oversees FNG’s business operations including finance, human resources, purchasing and policies. As a member of the executive team, he contributes to the strategic and financial planning of the organization, relying on his management, analytical and business skills to help improve productivity. 

Prior to joining FNG, Dalal managed operations for several companies before forming his own information technology firm, Chase Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, India. This twelve-year venture enabled him to provide hardware and software infrastructure solutions to clients while honing his organizational development and leadership skills.

Dalal earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Govt. Engg. College, North Gujarat University, and is creatively combining his understanding of how machines work, and how to increase workplace productivity. While he acknowledges that there are distinct business style differences between his native India and the United States, this quick study has immersed himself in leadership lessons from the some of the top experts, like Jim Collins and Steve Covey. In a growing company like FutureNet Group, he welcomes the opportunity to apply some of his best lessons learned, every day.
